How to leave or cancel
In Your portfolio, choose “Leave and end my access” (on a paid plan, “Cancel subscription”) and confirm. We confirm by e-mail.
What happens to copying and your positions
Leaving or cancelling stops copying. Your open positions stay in your account. Nothing closes them for you any more: the model portfolio’s stops and targets do not reach your account. If you want them closed, choose “Stop copying and close my positions” first, or close them yourself at your broker.
Paid plans
You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for; we do not refund part months, except under the withdrawal right below or where the law of your country requires it.
Your right to withdraw (EU consumers)
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day it was made, without giving a reason. During those 14 days, Your portfolio shows a “Withdraw from contract here” button: press it, check the short statement with your name and e-mail, then press “Confirm withdrawal”. You can also send us a clear statement by e-mail (model form below). We confirm your withdrawal at once by e-mail, with its date and time.
If you asked us to start at once and then withdraw, we refund what you paid minus the days you used, within 14 days. During the friends period nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
